The main mission of this role will be to identify business opportunities in the Portuguese market and turn them into contracts that promote Nextbitt's development and internationalization.

Role:

• Identify, develop and close business opportunities in the Portuguese market;
• Leading the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting to negotiating and closing the contract;
• Generate qualified leads through proactive networking;
• Building and maintaining solid relationships with clients and partners;
• Being a relevant channel for contributing to product improvement, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams;
• Meet and exceed the defined sales targets, thus boosting Nextbitt's growth;
• Monitor market trends, competitiveness and regulatory changes.

The Winning Profile:

• Academic background in Engineering, Management, Economics or similar;
• 5 years' solid experience in a similar role in the technology sector and in the Portuguese market;
• We prefer people with knowledge of sustainability/ESG;
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills;
• Having a network of actionable contacts will be considered an asset in this process;
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets;
• Ability to work under pressure and manage ambiguity.
