About you:
Are you a dynamic, results-driven person? We want to incorporate SDR profiles into our sales team to qualify opportunities and create opportunities for our Account Executives (AEs). You'll have the chance to grow in your career and become an Account Executive, a Team Lead for SDRs... or a CEO, like the one at Nike. We value hard work and an obsession with meeting targets. Organization and teamwork are essential. Smiling often is a Nice-to-Have. If you love dynamic environments and have experience in meeting and exceeding objectives, we want to know more about you!
For this position, you will need a prior understanding of sales processes and dynamics and know how to use HubSpot or a similar CRM. Previous experience in SaaS companies is an advantage we value highly.
Responsibilities
Your role at Nextbitt:
- You will participate in the sales process, identifying potential clients, reaching out to decision-makers, creating new contacts and scheduling qualified meetings for the AE team. We want you to be creative, test processes, take risks, innovate and work hard to reach people.
- You'll keep the database organized; organization is key to making us sound like an orchestra. Your sound will be an essential piece, but it can't be out of tune with the rest of the team. This is important in our growth strategy.
- You will qualify the different sales opportunities that come into the CRM. And you'll do it excellently.
- You'll collaborate with the Marketing and Sales teams to generate ideas and strategies that increase our reach. All this in an environment that values creativity, innovation and a dynamic spirit.
Requirements:
What are we looking for in you?
- Experience: Minimum of two years' proven experience in sales teams, with demonstrable results. If you only have one, apply and show that you're worth two.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactivity and Organization: Ability to work in a proactive, organized and goal-oriented manner.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changes and new situations in a fast-growing environment.
- Teamwork: We're building a team from scratch, so you'll be part of creating Nextbitt's work culture. All your ideas will be listened to, valued and, if they're good, implemented.
- Technical skills: Competence in Microsoft applications (Word/Excel/Outlook) and HubSpot.
- Languages: Spanish and English are essential, but do you speak another language? We're opening up markets in 12 countries in Europe, and you can lead SDRs in other countries if you speak another language. We really value this ability.
