We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities, helping to build and maintain a strong customer base, and driving Nextbitt's growth.
Main responsibilities:
You will be responsible for opening up business opportunities and progressively developing our offer in the Spanish market:
- Researching and generating new business opportunities through cold calls, e-mails and social networks.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop effective prospecting strategies.
- Qualify contacts.
- Scheduling meetings with the Account Executive to demonstrate the company's products to potential clients.
- Sending documentation requested by clients, completing documents or forms requested by suppliers or tenders when necessary.
- Updating the CRM daily with contacts and monitoring the results obtained with each client.
- Provide valuable feedback on market needs and trends.
You have the ideal profile if:
Must have
- Minimum of 1 year's experience as an SDR in the technology sector, preferably in SaaS solutions.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Social Sciences or related areas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Social, communication, active listening and concentration skills.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and prospecting techniques.
- Experience in cold calling.
- Ambition to implement new ideas.
- Proactive attitude and results orientation.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in market opening or international expansion.
- Knowledge of the sustainability market.
