CTT uses Nextbitt platform to optimize facilities

CTT wanted to control the corrective and preventive maintenance of its assets in a single application, with direct interaction between the physical resources team and the company's internal customers and suppliers. They also wanted to have A-Z visibility of all orders, from their origin to their completion, with control of the associated costs and lead times.
Implementation of the Nextbitt Platform for Facility Management
CTT's 900 facilities (including stores, operational buildings and central services buildings, totaling more than 500,000 m2) are now integrated for management on the Nextbitt platform.
Inventory and Asset Register
CTT's assets, spread across all 900 facilities, are now visible for management and maintenance within the Nextbitt platform.
Integration with Existing Systems
The Nextbitt platform integrates with the SAP system and building management systems (GTC).
Centralized maintenance management:
CTT now centrally manages and controls corrective and preventive maintenance at more than 800 facilities across the country.
Repair requests made easy:
More than 1,000 users of the platform, spread throughout the country, are now able to make requests (such as various repairs, rehabilitation or cleaning requests...) and monitor their execution throughout the process.
Efficiency gains:
The Nextbitt platform has brought efficiency gains to CTT's Facility Management team, enabling better planning and organization of processes, from request to completion, with control of costs and deadlines.
Reduction of bureaucratic work:
There has been a significant evolution in terms of cost management. The fact that service providers register all their activity directly on the platform (either through the portal or a native Android APP) has also simplified the operation of the CTT team, which has now focused its activity on validating and analyzing data, substantially reducing the burden of handling emails and registering information.
