Initially, the solution identifies the organization's type of business, i.e. whether it is a bank, an industrial unit or an entity from another sector. From this identification, a user from an organization that has already implemented the solution can inform S.A.M. about a fault in their facilities or equipment, from the air conditioning not being cold, to the hydraulic press producing faulty parts or even the sudden increase in energy consumption at a certain time of day.

In this sense, the S.A.M. solution will interact with the user by asking them questions so that it is possible to characterize the situation and handle all records 100% automatically and transparently. Note that users do not need to log in directly to the platform, as S.A.M. can identify who they are, whether they are duly authorized and in what context (whether they are employees, service providers, etc.).
