Digitalization of asset management processes

A digital system has been implemented with the aim of simplifying operations and improving efficiency

Centralized platform

A platform was implemented to enable centralized management of all maintenance suppliers

Application of service level agreements (SLA)

SLAs were applied with the aim of improving service quality and compliance with contracts with suppliers

Establishing a long-term partnership

A partnership was established to support BPI - Caixabank in the ESG transformation, digitalization and compliance process

Carrying out a study

A study was carried out to capture the up-to-date reality of assets at all BPI - Caixabank facilities
