What has been done

Implementation of an Integrated Solution for Asset Management and Maintenance

Before working with Nextbitt, CUF faced significant difficulties in terms of systematization and mobility, with manual processes making it difficult to monitor and manage maintenance. Implementing the Nextbitt platform allowed CUF to effectively integrate asset management and preventive and corrective maintenance, including calibrations and soft services. The solution guaranteed not only efficiency, but also flexibility and auditability, adjusting to the specific needs of the healthcare sector.

Preventive Maintenance Management and Recurring Action Planning

CUF made extensive use of the Nextbitt platform's preventive maintenance module, which enabled it to plan, assign, record and audit all recurring actions related to healthcare assets. From support systems to medical equipment, the platform ensured high-quality execution, in line with the requirements of ISO 9001 and JCI certifications. This module was fundamental for the organization, ensuring that all maintenance actions were carried out accurately and within the stipulated deadlines, avoiding critical failures in essential equipment.

Real-time monitoring and SLA tracking

Nextbitt enabled CUF to create dynamic and interactive dashboards, accessible in real time by the entire company hierarchy. Based on Business Intelligence (BI), the platform provided a detailed overview of the performance of maintenance operators, monitoring contracted SLAs and making it easier to identify areas for improvement. The transparency generated by this functionality made it possible to act quickly to correct any deviations, increasing effectiveness and agility in operations management.

The Result

Improved Operational Efficiency and Reduced Errors

The introduction of the Nextbitt platform resulted in a significant improvement in operational efficiency, automating critical processes and allowing CUF to increase its productivity. The ability to accurately plan and audit maintenance actions has helped to reduce errors, failures and unexpected downtime. As a result, the company was able to ensure continued compliance with the quality certifications and high standards demanded by the healthcare sector, without compromising efficiency.

Increased Transparency and Real-Time Monitoring

With the introduction of dashboards, CUF has achieved a clear and accessible view of operational data, which has improved responsiveness and process transparency. Real-time monitoring of SLAs has provided an efficient control tool, allowing for quick adjustments and the correction of processes where necessary. This approach increased confidence in asset management and ensured that procedures were aligned with the organization's objectives.

Expansion and Standardization of Processes in the Network

Another important result of the partnership with Nextbitt was the standardization of asset management processes throughout CUF's network of healthcare units. The platform was implemented in all of the group's units, contributing to the standardization of maintenance practices and improving quality management consistently throughout the country. This level of integration and standardization was essential for CUF's continued growth, allowing it to expand its operations effectively.

Ease of Use and Continuous Evolution

The Nextbitt platform has been widely praised for its intuitive interface, which simplifies asset management and maintenance for all users. CUF recognizes that although the system has already evolved significantly, the use of artificial intelligence will represent a further revolution in user interaction with the platform. Collaboration with Nextbitt remains key to optimizing operations and preparing the company for the challenges of the future.
