Salsa Jeans, a leading fashion brand in Portugal and Spain, was looking for a solution that would centralize and optimize maintenance management for all its stores on the Iberian Peninsula, making it easier to control and respond quickly to maintenance, incidents and emergencies.
The large number of stores and the diversity of processes created significant challenges for the management of Salsa Jeans' maintenance operation:

When there were changes in the maintenance teams, information on assets and intervention histories was scattered and difficult to access.
