Nextbitt is seeking an Account Executive to join our commercial team in Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and supporting the company’s growth in the Spanish market.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in selling technology solutions (preferably SaaS).
  • Previous experience in leading companies within the sector.
  • Proven track record in prospecting, pipeline management and deal closing.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and results-driven mindset.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.


Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect and develop new clients in Facility Management, Asset Management and CMMS.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from opportunity identification to closing.
  • Negotiate mid-sized contracts with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent value propositions.
