Discovery Hotel Management (DHM), a chain of 14 hotels and 5 golf courses, renowned for its presence in various tourist destinations in Portugal, was facing significant challenges in managing its assets and monitoring consumption.  

The lack of a centralized solution made it difficult to manage contracts, prevent breakdowns and comply with sustainability requirements. To resolve these issues, DHM Hotels was looking for an effective, integrated platform that would guarantee operational control, cost savings and alignment with long-term sustainability objectives.
